Our Principal Counsellor

Wendy Maria an empathic and compassionate counsellor who is passionate about helping children and teenagers In addition, she has worked with adults, couples and families in a range of settings. With more then 10 years of counselling experience an a strong belief that positive change in her clients is always possible, she works from a person-centered and compassion-focused stance and incorporates into her practice. She is constantly honing her therapeutic skills and has received training in a wide range of therapeutic modalities including CBT, Therapeutic Play, Systemic Family Therapy, EMDR and Emotion Focused Therapy, believing in integrating the various counselling modalities to serve the needs of her clients. She is a certified Sandplay Therapist.
